What the animal inside of me?

There is a suspicious creature inside me, I can feel it,
it eats & sleep at the door of my ear, it rolls in the mud
when it’s playtime, it get aggressive when people attack their moments.

There is an animal inside me, its lazy at the walls of my blood
vessels, it keeps trying to run away, when i am alone the beast
inside of me will care for loved ones and share.

There is an animal inside me, when I am with friends it tries to break
us up, i am slack as a koala, it’s like a boxer fighting to get out, it can
dance along the floor and shout as loud as it can.

There is an animal inside me, its body is ginormous like a box,
its eyes are gorgeous when you look into it, it just won’t leave me
alone, will I ever be free from a pig?🐖

Taste,Talk & Eating

Taste,Talk & Eating 🤔

Do you know how  your tongue helps you with tasting, eating and talking?
All the papillae  in your tongue is really sensitive for kids because they
\have twice as many papillae but the adult’s they have less than us children,
so they might not have the same taste as children.

These are some parts of our tongue:
The first one is the papilla, it is surrounded with some
little things called  taste buds & also little hairs called microvilli
that helps us taste too. Now we are heading to the other part of
the tongue called olfactory nerves/ olfactory receptors, it helps us by
signaling our brain and telling the brain what we are eating if it smells delicious or gross.

When you have a cold, doesn't it feel weird when you eat and also smell?
Well did you know your tongue is connected to your nose and also
the smell particles from your food is called molecules. If there is a big blob
of snot the smell/oduors can’t reach the olfactory receptors so the brain doesn't
know what we are taking.

Today was a journey I found out that kids have twice more
papillaes than adults because adults are grown and more and more  papillaes are dying.

Digestive System

What Really Happen When Food Travels Through Your Digestive System

When you eat doesn't it feel weird when you swallow? Well today
we are learning about our
inside of our body called digestive system.

When you drink icy cold water can you feel it going down your esophagus?
Well this is how your digestive system works.

Food travels through your mouth, then your stomach, after to the small
intestine lastly the large intestine that connects with the rectum/anus.

First of all it goes down the esophagus mix with the saliva
and it only takes 7 second for the food to travel through the
esophagus and ending up at the stomach.

Next it ends up at the stomach.
The muscles helps push the food
down and the acids inside the stomach can harm the stomach but
at least we have mucus inside of our stomach.
Also the stomach is like a sac bag/ muscle bag

Second it travels down the sphincter muscle and into the small intestine
and this is really how the magic happens.
These little fingers like thing is called villi, it absorbs the good things for the blood.

Lastly it travels to the final stop your large intestine.
The large intestine takes all the liquid out to make a solid poop.
And also you can see the blood vessels from the small intestine.

I noticed that when the food goes down your digestive system it only takes
8 hours for the food to travel from different parts of your digestive system.
